•  HOW TO USE BLOOMY?

Before you begin:

- Ensure the BLOOMY is fully charged, the recommended charging time is 2 hours.
- BLOOMY is equipped with a user handbook, which will help you decide which mode will best solve your skin worries. 
- Always make sure your face and your hands are clean before using BLOOMY! This helps deter bacteria from spreading. 

Once you have completed the steps above, you’re ready to start! 

- Gradually apply your favourite cream or oil to the desired area. Wipe the top of the LED head to clean it. 
- Hold down the power button to start up BLOOMY, and press the power button again to switch between the different modes. Once you have selected the desired mode, you can begin using BLOOMY wherever your skin concerns are by softly going in an upward motion. It is recommended to use BLOOMY 5-10 minutes a day. 
- Once you are done with the device switch it off by holding the power button down and cleaning off the LED head.

• HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE BLOOMY?

Use BLOOMY for 5-7 times a week for 5-10 minutes for the first 60 days. Then, use it 2-3 times a week for maintenance. Consistency is key for best results!

• WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO USE BLOOMY?

Led treatments are beneficial for all. BLOOMY can help prevent and treat acne. Incorporating red light therapy with BLOOMY can protect collagen and promote youthful, healthy skin. We recommend preventative measures over correction when it comes to anti-aging.

• HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS?

Most customers notice a difference in their skin after just a couple of days, of course using BLOOMY consistently will give you the best results! Also, results can vary depending on your skin concerns and how severe the area you wish to treat is!

• IS BLOOMY HARMFUL?

Not at all, although BLOOMY is an LED light therapy device, it does not use ultraviolet (UV) light, so it does not cause any damage or burning to the skin. LED light therapy is safe for all skin colours and is noninvasive to the skin, so recovery time is not required. However, you should not use LED light therapy if you take Accutane for acne or if you are experiencing any skin rashes. 

• HOW DOES THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY WORK?

We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible experience, which is why we offer a 1-YEAR warranty for BLOOMY. Our 1-year warranty covers replacement and repairs due to malfunctions and manufacturing defects. However, it does not cover normal wear and tear, theft, or physical or accidental damage.
